3/4 cup soaked overnight Rajma
1 1/2 cup cooked Rice
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup boiled potato
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
METHOD:
Step 1: Add 2 cups of water while cooking the rajma .Cook the rajma till 3-4 whistles. Add little salt and turmeric powder.
Step 2: Heat a pan with oil and put cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste and saute them well
Step 3: Add in the tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes, then add red chili powder,coriander powder, rajma masala, garam masala and salt as required
Step 4: Add cooked rice to the mixture and saute gently
Step 5: Finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves
Step 6: Serve it with raita
