METHI PARATHA

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups - whole wheat flour
½ cup washed and chopped methi leaves

1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tumeric powder
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp oil for dough
4-5 tsp oil for parathas
salt as needed


STEPS:

Step 1:Mix wheat flour, salt, chopped methi leaves, curd, oil, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder. knead it with warm water and make a soft dough.

Step 2:Keep it covered. Let this soak for at least 15 mins.

Step 3:Heat a tawa till hot on a medium high flame.

Step 4:With the help of rolling pin make rotis out of dough, Dust off the excess flour from the paratha. Place it on the tawa, drizzle some oil and flip it to the other side until they are cooked and done properly.

Step 5 :Serve methi paratha with curd or pickle
