QUINOA PULAV

QUINOA PULAV 


2 cups Quinoa
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup onion medium, finely chopped
1 Green Chilies
1/2 cup Corn
1/2 cup Green Peas
1/2 cup Carrots
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder

3 cups - water
Salt – as required
Lime Juice – as required
STEPS:

Step 1: Wash Quinoa and soak in water for 15-20 minutes then Drain all water and keep aside

Step 2: In a pan, heat Oil on medium heat add cumin seeds ,onions chopped, saute until the raw smell goes

Step 3: then add ginger garlic paste , Green Chilies saute it well

Step 4: Add all Vegetables, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, red chilli powder and Salt.

Step 5: Then add Quinoa and roast 2 minutes , Pour in Water and add Lemon Juice.Mix and let the water come to boil.

Step 6: cover with tight lid and cook for 30 minutes on low-medium heat till it become fluffy.

Step 7: Garnish with Coriander and serve.
