INSTANT RAVA IDLI 
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Rava (thin semolina)
1 cup curd
½ tsp urad dal
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 chilli
1 tsp oil
curry leaves
salt to taste
water as required

METHOD:


Step 1:Heat a pan with oil,add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and allow to splutter.

Step 2: then chilli and turmeric and saute for 2 minutes

Step 3:now add rava and roast for 3 minutes. allow it to cool down.

Step 4:once completely cooled and add curd and mix well until it form idli batter consistency.

Step 5:add salt to taste and mix well. keep aside for 10 mins.

Step 6:then add baking soda and mix till it well

Step 7: Grease the moulds with ghee ,pour the batter into the idli moulds. steam it for 15 mins and then unmould the idlis.

Step 8: serve hot with sambar or any chutney of your choice.
