CHOLE RECIPE




INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups of Chole (pre cooked)
1-2 tsp oil
1 medium onion
2 medium tomato
1/2 inch ginger
1-2 garlic
2- 3 tsp chole masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Salt as required



STEPS:

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. add cumin seeds,

Step 2: Grind onion, tomatoes ginger and garlic into a paste. saute it well until the raw smell goes


Step 3: Add garam masala and chole masala then coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. saute it

Step 4:Add water and salt as required, cook for 2 mins and add pre cooked chickpeas.

Step 5:Cover and cook on a low heat for 3-5 minutes.

Step 6: Garnish it with coriander.
