1 cup of leftover rice( boiled rice)
1 tsp oil/ghee
3-4tsp peanuts
1-2 tsp chana dal
1 tsp oil/ghee

1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2onions ,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder(haldi)
1-2 lemon

Step 1: Heat a pan with oil, then add peanuts, add chana dal and urad dal. let it turn golden in colour add mustard and jeera (cumin seeds), once its starts crackling put chilis and curry leaves.
Step 2: Then add turmeric powder and boiled rice(leftover rice)
Step 3: Squeeze lemon and mix everything well.
Step 4: Garnish it with coriander.
