DILL LEAVES ROTI
Dill leaves roti with Coconut pudina chutney. Dill leaves have loads of health benefits. Do give a try!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups rice flour 
  • 1 cup dill leave finely chopped 
  • 1/2cup grated carrot 
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped 
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • Salt as required 


STEPS:

Step1: wash dill leaves and chop finely.

Step2: in a mixing bowl add dil leaves,carrot, cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves along with rice flour and salt.

Step 3: Make this mixture into soft dough using warm water. knead it carefully.

Step 4: Take a non-stick pan spread small dough into a round shaped roti and pour a few drops of oil

Step 4: Cook both sides in medium heat

Step 5: serve it with coconut pudina chutney.
