POHA
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Poha (flattened rice)
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
3-4 tsp unsalted peanuts
5 to 6 curry leaves
1 green chili
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 red chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
coriander for garnishing


METHOD:

Step 1:Put the poha in a bowl and wash under running water for 2 minutes. Keep aside to drain.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan add the mustard seeds, urad dal,curry leaves, peanuts, green chilies,onion and saute well.

Step 3: Drain the poha completely and Add the turmeric powder,chilli powder, and salt as required.

Step 4: put all these mixture in pan and saute it for 2 minutes. Then add lemon juice and mix it well.

Step 5: Garnish with chopped coriander and serve it with dry chutney powder.
