GARLIC RICE
GARLIC RICE |
1 cup Basmati Rice
1-2 tsp Chopped garlic
1-2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tsp oil/ ghee
1 3/4 cup water
salt as required
coriander for garnish
STEPS:
Step 1: Heat oil/ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped garlic. saute it well until garlic turns golden and crisp
Step 2: Add rice and water, saute it. Add salt as required
Step 3:Cook for 8-10 minutes or until liquid is all absorbed by the rice.
Step 4: Garnish with coriander.
